Among the many controls available for the constructing of messages in InphoniteVoice is the ability to include “variable” information in your messages, such as the following:
- Client’s first name
- Appointment Date
- Appointment Time
The Variable control allows you to provide the client the information pertinent to their appointment – that which you are calling to remind them of. It is therefore a critical part of the construction of a useful message. And you can include any information related to a contact or their appointment in the form of a variable.
